Campground Rules & Information

Union Thresheree – Last Full Weekend in July

Fees:

  • $75 for the weekend
  • Site size: 20′ wide x 40′ long
  • Show Admission NOT included

Registration: The campground opens on Wednesday at 4:00pm. Campers must check in at the West end of the field, follow the signs.

  1. Camper registration hours are 7am to 9pm, beginning at 4pm on Wednesday of the show week. Please print off your confirmation email and bring it with you to present at check-in.
  2. Gate admission can be purchased in the Welcome Barn starting on Thursday of the show week.
  3. Anyone camping before or after those hours will need to park in the parking lot and wait for registration to open the following morning.
  4. No early parking for campers without approval or assistance from parking personnel. People doing so may be asked to move or may be removed from the showgrounds.
  5. Registered campers must have a registration sticker in the camper window, visible to the road.
  6. Security personnel will be on duty at night and will be assisted by the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department.

Campground Rules:

  1. No black or gray-water may be discharged on the grounds at any time. This is strictly prohibited by DHHS Regulations.
  2. Quiet hours are 11:00pm – 6:00am. No loud noises, music, barking dogs, or generators.
  3. No motorized vehicles are to be used within the campground during quiet hours – this includes but is not limited to: Tractors, Garden tractors, ATVs/UTVs, etc. Show Officials, Law Enforcement/Security, and Emergency Personnel are EXEMPT from this rule.
  4. Campfires are allowed UNLESS the DNR burning ban is in effect. The camper MUST provide an elevated fire pit and MUST pick up after themselves! Fires MUST be kept under control at all times!
  5. No dogs/pets will be allowed. ADA-Compliant service animals will be allowed.
  6. No sales are allowed in the campground. If you bring items to sell, you must set up in the Flea Market area.
  7. Parking for extra vehicles is allowed only if they fit on your site. Mirror tags will be provided for campers to display in their vehicle, which will stay on their site. No parking is allowed in driving lanes. If you wish to park your vehicle away from your site, you may park in the trailer parking area.
  8. Please pick up after yourselves. Dumpsters are located on the Southeast corner of the campground.
  9. No bands or DJs are permitted in the campground without permission from the UTC Board of Directors, where a permit will be given to the campsite upon request.
  10. Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not give refunds due to the discomfort of nature. The FUN continues rain or shine!

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of reservation. If there is an issue with your payment card not processing, please contact your bank. You may utilize PayPal as your payment option. Please print off your confirmation email and bring it with you to present during check-in.

Cancelation Policy

After you reserve your campsite(s), if  you wish to cancel the reservation, you may do so with the link provided in the confirmation email that you receive. Please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee, with no exceptions. You may cancel your reservation up until June 30th, of the current show year. After this date, you may still cancel your reservation, but you will not be refunded – no exceptions. Our event is an outdoor event and is held rain or shine. There are no guarantees, so refunds will not be given due to bad weather or acts of God. If there are any issues, please contact the Camping Director, and they may have a UTC Board Member reach out to resolve any dispute. 

Violators of any of the above rules risk being immediately and permanently removed from our showgrounds and may lose their club membership if applicable. Thank you for your cooperation.
